RÖSSLHOF YOGA
At Hotel Rösslhof, yoga becomes an inner journey – guided by mindfulness, gentle movement, and conscious breathing. Surrounded by nature, you'll find space to arrive, let go, and recharge. Each session invites you to experience the moment with all your senses, to rediscover yourself, and to embark on a path of self-care and gentle self-improvement. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, everyone who longs for peace, balance, and vitality is welcome.
The flowing exercises strengthen the body, promote flexibility, and release tension. At the same time, conscious breathing calms the mind, reduces stress, and bestows inner peace, thus making a valuable contribution to health, well-being, and inner beauty.
All yoga classes are open to hotel guests and external participants upon prior registration.

YOGA FRIDAY CHILLOUT
Friday 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Gently into the weekend
Leave the week behind and ease into the weekend with a gentle yoga session. This class combines calming movements, conscious breathing, and soothing stretches – ideal for calming body and mind. Perfect for switching off, recharging, and letting go.

Saturday 8:00 – 9:15: A calm start to the day
In our hectic and fast-paced world, it is more important than ever to find moments of peace and relaxation, especially to reconnect with oneself. Yoga and mindfulness offer precisely this balance and help to harmonize body and mind.
